Kevin McDugle is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, seasoned entrepreneur, author, and former member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives for District 12, where he served from 2016 to 2024. With more than 35 years of experience in business, Kevin has built, scaled, and successfully exited multiple multimillion-dollar companies, driven by a passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally.

Today, Kevin leads two thriving companies. As the founder and CEO of Medical Innovation Centers of America, Inc., he focuses on delivering cutting-edge healthcare solutions designed to improve lives for both patients and practitioners nationwide. In addition, Kevin heads McDugle Companies, LLC, a strategic venture aimed at developing 20 diverse revenue streams across multiple industries. Through McDugle Companies, Kevin is proving that leveraging partnerships and other people’s products and services can create scalable wealth while fostering collaboration and shared success.

Kevin’s entrepreneurial track record includes founding and successfully exiting several growth-focused companies, such as Tulsa Hearing Aid Technologies, LLC, Lawyer Marketing Services, Inc., and eXpect3 Marketing. Each venture was built with a commitment to innovation, marketing excellence, and empowering others to thrive, values that remain central to everything he does today.
